IFS-informed coaching helps you understand and work with these inner dynamics so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), I create a safe space where you can explore your inner world, unburden old patterns, and reconnect with your true self. This work is transformational, but please note that coaching is not therapy.
What is IFS Coaching?
IFS coaching is based on the Internal Family Systems model, a transformative approach that recognizes we all have different "parts" within us--each with its own emotions, beliefs, and motivations. Some parts may protect us, while others carry past burdens or fears. Through this coaching process, we create a safe space to:

How does Coaching
differ from Therapy?
IFS coaching is focused on self-exploration, personal development, and life challenges. It is not psychotherapy, and I do not diagnose, treat mental health disorders, or work with severe trauma. If deeper therapeutic support is required, I may recommend working with a licensed IFS therapist.

What is Psychedelic Integration?

Psychedelic experiences have the potential to reveal very dramatic or remarkable ways of being and ways of viewing yourself and others, bringing new goals or objectives to light.
These experiences can be profound, enlightening and healing for the mind and spirit. Feeling fully supported during your journey of self expansion is essential.
Integration involves taking the gained insights and attitudes from your experience and processing them into desired areas of your life according to your specific needs.
Recognizing new perspectives about challenges faced in your daily life can be overwhelming but navigating these shifts with the support of someone with knowledge and experience promotes ease and comfort.

Harm Reduction
Psychedelic Integration supports harm reduction by providing individuals who choose to use mind-altering substances a chance to sufficiently prepare for and better understand what their psychedelic experience may entail. Proper preparation, including the exploration of set and setting, helps minimize the risk of a negative or challenging experience.
Being aware of and preparing for potential adverse effects that may occur during a journey, further reduces the risk of having an unfavourable experience and enhances overall safety by allowing for proper precautions, support systems, and harm-reduction strategies to be in place.
Making informed decisions about the dose and purity of the substances chosen to be consumed is imperative in order to optimize the benefits received during a journey.
